If you need a quick dinner recipe for tonight, look no further than this quick fish dish. Lemon pepper tilapia is soooo easy to make and soo amazingly delicious, you're entire family is sure to love it! It takes no time to whip up and will fill up everyone (and it keeps your wallet full too!) All you need is a few staple ingredients, that you might already have on hand, and dinner is on the table.

30 Minute Lemon Pepper Tilapia
So, I am going to leave you guys a recipe to follow at the end, but I wanted to show you step-by-step how to create this dish

First things first! Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Get all your ingredients together onto a sheet pan. I love using non stick aluminum foil. It might be the best thing ever invented. Wash your veggies and arrange them on the pan accordingly. You can honestly use any veggies you'd like, I just happened to have green beans and tomatoes on hand.

Melt your butter in a small mixing bowl and add in the Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and the lemon juice (Yum!)

Make sure the little one is occupied! She was such a good girl as mommy cooked.

Pour the butter mixture over the tilapia and a little over the veggies. (Reserve 2 tablespoons for serving) and add your Panko Lemon Pepper right on top of the tilapia
Cook in preheated oven (425 degrees) for 12-15 minutes

And that is literally it! Enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with no fuss! And since it's made on a sheet pan clean up is a breeze.

Even the little baby doll got in on the goodness of this easy meal

Cornbread Taco Casserole

Cornbread Taco Casserole Well guys, it was Taco Tuesday in the Rivera household tonight. We try to do theme nights, but sometimes we just don't have the time to think through a recipe. But when it comes to Taco Tuesday we ALWAYS make sure we have some kind of taco dish. I started making this dish a few years ago and I know the whole family loves it, even the kid! It's not exactly a healthy dish, but it sure is an easy weeknight meal, and with minimal ingredients, you can whip up this dish in about a half hour! You can't beat that! Obviously the first thing you want to do is gather all your ingredients. As always, you don't want to be stuck without an ingredient Not only is this cornbread an easy shortcut, but it's cheap! Like $0.47 cheap at Aldi! Start preparing according to box directions But first, pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees In a mixing bowl, pour out the cornbread mix and add the egg and milk Mix together, the

Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers, & Onion Sandwiches

Does anyone else out there love their sheet pans? Because I do! Sheet pan meals are literally the best idea anyone has ever had, like ever! I wish I could shake the hand of whatever genius came up with such a spectacular idea. Anyway, getting off track. Tonight is all about the sheet pan. I have been awfully tired today, so when dinner time started rolling around I needed to fix up something quick and easy. Enter the sheet pan. I grabbed a few things out of the pantry and out of the fridge, and before I knew it, dinner was ready. Let me break it down for you. This is one of my very easy recipes because you only need 5 ingredients (not including the spices) to make this. Slice the peppers and onions into strips and chop the garlic. This is where I like to take off that synthetic casing off the sausage. I don't know about you, but I think it's icky and kinda gross, plus anything synthetic should not be ingested anyway!
